About
Phoenix Training

At Phoenix Training, what sets us apart is our dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based training that is not only informative but also transformative.

We believe in creating dynamic learning experiences that inspire and empower individuals to enact meaningful change in their practice and beyond.

With Phoenix Training, you're not just investing in training – you're investing in a journey of growth, exploration, and impact.

Phoenix Training was born from a deep-seated passion and a resolute belief in the power of education to effect positive change in the health and social care sector. As the founder, Sarah embarked on this journey with a clear mission: to share her extensive knowledge, ignite a spark in learners, and drive forward a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care services.

Having spent over two decades immersed in the health and social care arena, Sarah witnessed first hand the challenges and opportunities within the field. Sarah recognised the critical importance of equipping professionals with the necessary tools and insights to navigate these complexities effectively. Yet, she also saw a gap – a gap where quality training, tailored to the unique needs of individuals and organisations, could make a transformative difference.

Driven by a desire to bridge this gap and make a tangible impact, Sarah founded Phoenix Training. Her vision was simple yet ambitious: to provide accessible, engaging, and high-quality training that not only imparts knowledge but also inspires a genuine desire for personal and professional development. Every course we offer is meticulously crafted to not only impart practical skills but also to instil a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Through Phoenix Training, Sarah is committed to empowering individuals and organisations to reach their full potential, to create positive change in the health and social care sector, and to ultimately elevate the standard of care services for all.
